It is a pretty piece. I am glad that you liberated it.
Timex from that period used shorter indices than other brands. They also never bragged about their jewel count.

I bought it, and I was thinking a blue leather with a gold buckle. I figure I have plenty of sunburst dial dress watches so I may as well have fun with this.
