Spinnaker & confusione
I discovered how the assistance and repair service for Europe on Spinnaker watches is exclusively in the UK.
For those who don't know, the United Kingdom has been outside the EU for a couple of years now, with what this entails regarding customs costs in the event of repairs.
Am I the only one who finds this absurd?

They’re a small brand, not sure what else they should do. Does Farer, Anordain, Studio Underdog, Marloe Watches or Elliot Brown have repair or service sites in the EU?
No different to any other service only available in another economic bloc I suppose.
I don't know if other microbrands have agreements with repairers in the EU. However, I know for sure that Spinnaker, which collaborates with a laboratory in the UK, has no assistance in Europe.
We add that, as per brand policy, they do not send spare parts except to their own collaborators
