Vintage Elgin

This one arrived today. One of ten Elgins from a lot of Elgin watches. Only 3 are interesting to me. I will put the other two up on NWA later today or tomorrow. Won't be wearing this one at 26mm by 26mm it's pretty small but it's running well.

I think this is a pretty good looking watch. If your are not going to wear it what do you plan to do with it?

I'm not sure truthfully. My wife doesn't really like "old" watches as she defines them. With lots of encouragement she likes her new Tissot and the two gshocks I've gotten her. She also let me know that Cartier tanks look really nice lol.

Unfortunately when you buy lots like this it's hard to tell what your going to get. Was happy to get a few interesting ones. Out ten 3 were quartz, 4 were smaller vintage women's automatics(I will have to see if any work), the other 3 I will show. One of the 3 is not working

She described it as too old and dirty for her. I will probably sell it. I need to look through the other smaller ladies automatics to see if any run. If someone on WC is interested in it please let me know.
