I saw this watch on an auction site that sells donated goods for charity. It didn't have any bids and I was attracted to the hexagonal index markers. The brand was unfamiliar. I was also not sure what "electronic" meant in this case. After a little online research I learned it was probably from 1967 to as late as 1975 and it had a mechanical balance wheel regulated by a small "circuit board". I ended up placing a bid and after a couple of increases got the watch for just over $20. I was surprised when I researched it that it had a Junghans movement in it.

Awesome find!! That's a beauty. 🔥🔥
Very cool and what a price you got it at. You don't see the Junghans electronic movement that often.
Could you share a Picture from the movement? Would be interesting.
A very handsome find!!
That's a very cool watch you have there, and BONUS about the Junghans movement! 😎
Sounds very similar to my Benrus Technipower. It's an electro-mechanical movement that runs at 28,800bph.

I'm sorry that's beyond my skill level. Here is the link where I was able to identify the movement. https://junghans-vintage.de/en/uhren/elektromechanische-junghans-armbanduhren/junghans-60000.html
These are their pictures
On the bottom of the dial in very small print under the edge of the bezel is made in West Germany text which helped me on researching the movement.

Your Benrus is a really nice looking watch. Now that I recognize what these are I'm seeing them more than I realized. I'm enjoying mine a lot. History is a big part of Vintage watches for me.

Thank you, it's gold plated too! That was a nice surprise when I bought it. Paid $28.99 for it on a site similar to the one you found yours. 😉
