Got this watch on eBay because my cousin said she wanted one like this. I wanted to make sure it was authentic before gifting it to her. I found one similar listing but it was all in Japanese.
Some details:
Manual movement
White gold plated
Back reference no. Is 1200-7080 which doesn’t return anything online.
Bottom text on the dial reads “Japan 12 - 02205
S signed Seiko crown
Unknown blue gems
Any help would be appreciated!

I believe it is authentic in terms of Seiko providing a movement and dial to an unaffiliated costume jewelry maker.
The WGP (White Gold Plated) marking would've been required for export sales and the absence of a Seiko serial number is consistent with Seiko supplying the watch parts to another vendor.
I saw a similar one online once except the flower peddles were a tan enamel rather than blue stones.
I'm by no means an expert though I have purchased quite a few mid-century ladies Seikos for my wife who has a neat little collection.

Thanks for your insight!
