This is my first venture into the world of modding.
For me, I am less of a fan of a modded watch trying desperately to be a Rolex, an Omega, or a Patek. I looked into watch modding because I wanted to build a piece that represents me as an individual while paying homage to the pieces that have inspired and influence me as a collector. These are the types of builds that I admire.
I was amazed with what people in the community of watch modding have been able to do. With an idea in my head, I decided to take the plunge and bought the components through Namokimods and a dial and movement (which I'm waiting for) on ebay. The watch hands are from DLW watches. Together I feel like the final piece will be a great all around tool watch!
More pics to come!

I looked at the picture, and something felt wrong, but I couldn't put a finger on it. But then ... duh, the watch stem hasn't been cut yet. 😂
Have fun with this!
Congrats, I hope the result is like you want it to be, you show it when you finish it😉

Good luck! modding/building lead me to an entirely different perspective on the mechanical horological scene
