I'm a HUGE Citizen fanboy. Here's mine. I switched the stainless steel band for one I saw on Aliexpress for $11. I was going to go for the Seiko you have pictured but I decided on this one since it is harder to get. I've had this watch for less than 6 months and I've had no problems with it.
Orient Mako any Gen is a solid choice.

I’m getting one of these next. I have 3 watches from Aliexpress coming. One is delivered (just have to get home first) and the other 2 are on their way. One of them should be delivered in a couple days. However, once I sell another watch (because one has to go to justify a purchase) I’m getting this one.
Buy used, get more for your money.
I'd go Seiko, a Turtle to be specific.
