This one’s a keeper

I don’t usually think about selling watches because I never bought one that I stopped liking. However, there are some that I like more than the others, and such is the case of the bronze Yema Superman.

It took me a long time to take the plunge and order it because I already own another Superman, therefore it took me some time to convince myself that I was not buying the same watch twice.

It originally came fitted to a NATO strap, which was immediately replaced by a much better MN style strap from Erika’s Originals. There are plenty of reasons why no watch deserve to be fitted with a NATO, and this time too the difference in look and comfort justified the extra expenditure. This pairing is almost a perfect match and is exactly what I thought it would create when I placed my orders.

It’s the fanciest looking desk diver in my collection, one that isn’t burdened with a generic look or one that can be mistaken for another watch (You never want to be identified as “This guy there with the Rolex”).

Yema are still struggling for brand recognition, but for me there are already a brand that earned my respect.
