I think it might be the water resistance that’s the price difference, I’m sure Casio stands behind the water resistance with warranty

The difference is the "Illuminator" text on the dial and possibly a slightly better viewing angle. That's all you're paying for.

This. Whenever possible I’m a fan of getting the JDM option so I would say go with the foxfire (but I’m biased because that’s what I picked)

I just Googled it, to be honest. They seem to be exactly the same watch with slightly different text on them to me. I'm not really into G-Shocks, only the standard Casios.
