I believe that type of texturing is referred to as knurled. It is a beefy watch. I thought Marc was going to have some for sale, but I haven't seen them on the site yet. It is still listed as out of stock. I am glad I pre-ordered one.
Marc does a nice watch. Cannot go wrong with a Islander watch
they have 50 or so for sale as of earlier today. if I recall correctly from the YT video, Marc said it weighs something like 210 grams!
in the meantime, I’ll continue to monitor my nestcam for usps haha
I like everything about this one, except the bracelet is a bit muchfor me Engineer bracelets seem so bulky, but it's a great looking watch!
