I dropped my newish salmon dial Nivada Grenchen Antarctic Spider while changing straps. I drop watches all the time so didn’t think anything of it, but I soon noticed the hour and minute hands were misaligned. It took me some time to figure out how to contact them, since they don’t have a proper warranty form or link on their website. Anyway, once they got back to me it was very smooth sailing. No charge for shipping to Hong Kong and back.(weird for a “Swiss Made” watch but whatever) They fixed the misalignment and got it back to me quickly. Overall, a very positive customer service experience. I have it on a CNS Seal strap in the picture…

Gone are the days when this was the norm for customer services. I love hearing that there are still companies that treat customers like this out there. It shows a respect for the products they are making/selling. Beautiful watch.
Just curious-did you tell them you dropped it?
Asking for someone who has never dropped a watch.😉

No, I definitely did not say I dropped it. 😂😉 They didn’t ask either though.
My first Nivada had a bit of neoprene gasket floating on the dial. They exchanged it, but the second watch’s bracelet was for another model. They sent me another bracelet (now I have two). It took about a month to sort out but they were prompt and attentive.
That’s good to know, since I recently purchased the same watch, but am having a bit of trouble getting it from Hong Kong…
