First time seeing a blatantly fake Casio

Went to a thrift store and you know I gotta look at watches. This oddly big "Casio" caught my eye, but what could water reset even mean? There was also 4 kinda cool Consort chronographs, "Made in the British colony of Hong Kong" that were tempting, a really beat up maybe real Cartier square for $200, a kinda cool "Olev" auto for $134 which seems like the price it would be new. Decided to keep my cash today, none seemed worth the gamble and its not like I'm lacking a watch.

You’ve never heard of a water reset?

That’s when you submerge a knockoff watch until it returns to its natural state of not working.

I water reset literally every day.

How do you get it to work in the first place?
