Rolex 3135 movement

Hi, can anyone with the 3135 movement tell me roughly how much resistance they get when hand winding? I don't wear this thing very often, and can't for the life of me remember if it was as firm as it seems now. It was serviced about 5 years ago, but worn sporadically. I might just be too used to the very light feel of all my Seikos 🧐
