Was just gifted this watch from an older gentleman, not looking to sell it, just wondering if anyone knows the history and value of this piece.

UTC = universal time coordinated so a form of GMT, it’s a quartz watch on the strap

That's such a crazy looking Breitling, cool when they do it but if this design was an Invicta then everyone would be trashing it

Hi looks like you have all the info but I can offer more. Chronomat circa late 1980s utc module was not a cheap option guy loved his watch. My niece wears her late dad’s very similar to your watch, never takes it off. That watch was sometimes paired with the original bullet bracelet case was satin later iterations were shiny. Retail was 5k cad massively discounted. Design is 100% iconic. Movement was 7750 valjoux easily serviced. If the watch were mine, I would have a full service done by Breitling. I hope you appreciate the watch, pretty special.
