80s Seiko Quartz
I don't have a singular grail watch, but I have a short list of vintage quartz watches I'm slowly hunting for. Pictured here is the first off that list I've picked up, is the 7C43-6010 JDM mid-sized high torque quartz diver, and I'm in love with it. This one rolled off the line in July of 86 according to the screw down back, and the size is a nice change from some of the other more assertively tool/sports watches I own. I need to have the water resistance tested and gaskets replaced etc but I think this is my going to be my go-to for a while

Congrats! That movement is quite accurate and will last!
He's my 6458-6020 from the year before. Looks like the same case. Even the dial looks the same. They must've just swapped out the movements.
