Can not get over this

I don't usually list over micro brands, and I don't know why. I have big aspirations and little budget, so it's about time I did. This Zelos Mako's lume is so addicting, I can not take the watch off. Such a cool movement too, and for a reasonable cost. My first GMT, first full lume dial, and first on the fly adjusting bracelet. I love this watch!

I like it. I had a thought. I never really payed attention to a gmt other than a quick glance. Just now though i realised, A person could swim across a time zone. Sorry now that i read it back it doesn't seem so funny. Post it anyway. Duane........Black Diamond, WA. 98010

They carved and enameled that dial to give is the weird dotted lume effect. It's cool

I love how that turned out. Unique dials are my biggest draw, they killed it.

It's one of the coolest enameled dials I've seen also one of the best dials for lume. Zelos has the best dials in the sub $1000 market. They are one of my favorite Microbrands for sure. I own the bronze Swordfish and the textured orange enamel dial on that one is cool too. I also love how they ship in the 3 slot watch rolls now. I'm going to be collecting only microbrand watches for the rest of the year. My next acquisition will be a Primitive Haus Timekeeper Type-A. Waiting for them to restock the white dial then I'll scoop then I'm going to get a Wise and then I'll be done collecting for the year. I've already purchased too many this year.

I was so close to getting the bronze swordfish. I want a bronze case but I've been stuck between the oris diver 65 and others.

The titanium is something I've never felt in person, but I may pick up a Ti Zelos at some point. The blacktip with that granular dial is so good too

The way the lume is patterned makes it look like a living thing, some kind of bioluminescent creature from a cave or the deep sea. The glow looks very enchanting.

It absolutely does, I have been getting home and leaving the lights off while I unwind after work lately and it's a great time to enjoy the dial haha.

I live at elevation, and there's a place near me that builds these intricate ice castles and caves each winter. The way the ice is "scooped" out and carved with light flowing through them gives that glow. It's just like this dial and I love it

Sounds like a better time than most of what I'm finding on tv these days!

Ooo, yes, I can imagine the blue glow through the carved ice. It will be amazing to wear this watch inside of an ice palace next winter!
