Vintage Herma Help

Hi guys! I bought a vintage Herma on eBay the other day as a restoration project. Does anyone know the best way to take this crystal off?

Also cannot get the gold wheel off in the movement that is connected to the hand set. I’m trying to take the movement out completely so I can clean it up and see what I need to replace. Any suggestions?

Much appreciated.

To me, it looks like the bezel may need to come off first.

Also, I would check out the Wristwatch Revival channel on YouTube for some ideas on tricky part removals. He uses certain tools for stubborn parts.

Damn! I was wondering if the bezel was a separate part. If it is, it’s a tight tolerance to the case
