Boderry shiping is terrible

sooo... I ordered My Boderry on Nov 03, It is February 07 and I don't have it

What happened was that on November 25th I contacted customer service and they told me it hadn't even been shipped out yet so I had to change my adress because I was moving. Thus they sent it out, it arrived in my country on December 06 and it stayed in customs until January 17th when the status came up as "Clearance failed", I contacted customer service several times during those dates and they just told me "Hello. Please be patient. Our logistics company is still following up on this matter.". This went on until on Jan 25th they said "Hello. They said the package was destroyed because customs clearance failed. We are already arranging to reship your order and I will provide you with the tracking number next week.". On February 03 they sent me the tracking number, and today Feb 07 They have not sent out the package, the shipping status is still "Parcel information received"

What a nightmare.... after 96 days its sucks!

at least the watch seems pretty cool

That sucks. Is it possible to cancel the order and reorder through AliExpress?

well for the time being they have refused although not directly, every time I tell them to give me a refund they just tell me "Hello. Please be patient. Our logistics company is still following up on this matter."
