The Moonswatch conundrum

So after last weeks fiasco Neptune moonshine drop I was wondering if anyone has managed to pick up a Neptune at all this week?

From a commercial perspective I can’t see Swatch ceasing production of the Moonswatches if anything we the people still love them. The different colour combos the strap heavens has made watch wearing so much fun. The new BP collaboration will be interesting however personally I can’t see it being as popular. (Could be wrong)

At the current price point the Moonswatches are a winner! Cheap enough to replace broken ones if need be especially the white straps and easier to get hold offs. Maybe the BP collab might even mean the Moonswatches become available online ? Who knows

I'm in the same boat as you and still have not been able to locate a Neptune. The Swatch shop near me hasn't had one in stock for months. I went to another Swatch shop and the most recent one they had stocked was back in April of this year and they have only stocked two Neptunes since October 2022. Hopefully they will be restocking them again soon.

I do hope we see some more soon. Yes it’s fun collecting them whilst they have limited stock but having limited stock to virtually none is crazy. Let’s see if the BP collab is handled better

Likewise, no Neptune in México, I have 3 of the 4 stores in the country at driving distance and none have recieved the watch for months. Hope the Golden Neptune means it's coming back in stock

I think people overplay how "iconic" the Speedmaster is outside of the watch community. I'd never heard of the watch or the moon story before I was already into watches.

Also, Swatch has said the MoonSwatch is not a limited run/limited edition, so I can't see them cancelling it now while it's still selling about as fast as they can make them.
