Need help
so I really like this watch but it's starting to show its age and finding another one is mint condition has proven difficult and expensive. Although I do have a GA-2100 and would like to mod it to look the same, but I can seem to find any aftermarket cases that are silver with a gold "bezel". Do you guys know of any?

Nothing wrong at all, just looking for the same looks but with new parts I suppose. I'll still wear this and the new thing, just want that option I guess.

I actually already have a build from them, and I've seen the thing I'm wanting in promo photos for them but I'd feel like an ass asking for something not on their site I guess

Don't be afraid to ask. I do it all the time as they have excellent customer service! If you've seen the same thing in promo photos, they may still have some in stock!! Ask for Kenneth and tell him Ron says hello!! 😊
From memory, the bezel on the 8229 can't be taken off.... It's just part of the case?
I don't think there is a practical or efficient way to bring it back to gold 😭. If it were me I'd take it down to the stainless steel, give it a high polish finish and maybe a brushed finish for the top and sides of the case?
I believe the black dialed version sometimes comes in a bead-blasted all over kind of style/look. Might also be an option?
Or... Replate the whole thing?
