Question about the Dan Henry 1970
Hi guys. I recently came across 1 bad review video about Dan henry watches' build quality and customer service. before i came acrosd this video i was actually extremely excited to get the 40mm orange black version for myself. anyone have any pics or thoughts to share abt this watch? Cos it looks really good and was hoping to add it to my rotation but worried abt how it will be

I had the blue version and thought it looked fantastic but felt a bit cheap. The weight and heft made it feel very fragile and you could easily feel and hear the rotor whirling away. If that doesn’t bother you and your more into how the watch looks, I’d say go ahead. As far as the CS I didn’t have any issue with them.
I never owned that watch but I did have a Dan Henry 1962 and was not impressed. It felt incredibly cheap for the money.
I have a Dan Henry 1963 that I like a lot. Construction and workmanship is very good. The level of finishing is great too. I think it was a good value and I'm quite happy with the purchase.
I fired off an email to the company to let them know I was a happy customer and ended up carrying on a nice conversation with Dan himself.
