Serica's new model!
What do you guys think of their new version of their field watch? Full reveal will be in a week. It will replace the 4512, which has been my only watch for 2 years now.

I think Serica is headed in the right direction. I'm paying close attention and feel that they will eventually put out an offering that is so compelling that I just have to pull the trigger on it. The GMT is the closest so far...
Serica is a bit hit or miss for me. I love their 5303, especially in white, for its unique layout, case, and bracelet design. The polished twisted lugs in particular look stunning and so much more interesting than dive watches 3 times that price or more (cough Tudor cough).
The 4512 on the other hand never did it for me, so I'm hoping for something more fresh along the lines of the 5303. That picture they shared as a teaser looks fantastic, with a beautiful case profile, polished chamfered edges and lugs that I'm already in love with.
Wasn't there some issue with the crown or movement that Serica said was a design feature but some people thought was a defect?

A year ago, they fixed it and put a new cosc movement on it 🙌🙌

I think they're bringing the semi-twisted lugs design language to the case, along with a new cosc mvt. All we have to see is how the dial design changes

I am incredibly excited for this. I've had two of the 4512's. Such a great daily. Elegant but tank-like with a hint of vintage Omega vibes. My Cali TXD is my favorite.

Difficult to say! I think the brand will keep coming out with awesome updates and new things, so for now I'll save up and next time i go to Paris I'll check out if i feel the need to have a second Serica 🙌

It’s actually an Uncle Seiko President bracelet for the SKX013 but it fits this case perfectly. Gives the Watch a whole different look!
