I'm sooo into their Brunswick 40 models, especially the pink one. It's too bad they don't have any AD in Europe. Maybe one day I visit Bristol.

I like the overall concept, I think the watch has it's own identity. But the execution is questionable. I struggle with the minute hand - it has noticeably thicker polished walls, so doesn't fit the rest of arrangement.

I had two of these (had to return the first). The first ran at -6sd, the second (the one on the picture) was +16sd. I have regulated it, and now it's close to zero. Overall, out of the box, these are totally inline with other watches with sw200/eta2824 movements (which in my experience can go up to +25sd out of the box).

I have their Super Antarctic. From my experience, I'd recommend to verify each watch visually before committing to buy. I had issue with discoloration of lume - noticeably different colors on indices and hands. As a company, they were responsive, but geeez they have no idea how to deal with customs. So took very long just to get another watch, which had exactly the same issue. Eventually, I settled for the version with green lume, as that one had the least difference in lume color.

Not sure, why such a hype over these, as imho at least Super Antarctic model clearly has a design flaw. The way lume is applied is such, that the thickness is different between indices and hands. This results not just the color difference, but the overall mismatch of style. The indices are convex, while the hands are concave (you can compare it to Explorer, where the lume is uniformly applied, and both hands and indices are concave). As a result, it just looks off. You can't really see it on straight pictures, but once the watch is in your hands, it becomes super obvious.

Also, I bought leather straps from their website - took too long to get, and those appeared to have slightly different color. All in all, you can see that they are trying, but their supply chain is somewhat a mess.

For what it's worth, I bought mine on seagull1963.com, and the watch is absolutely top notch. Not a single flaw. Runs +5sd.

Out of curiosity, why not to regulate the watch? Is it not possible for NH34 movement?

My srpg39 runs +10sd after regulation, which seems to be reasonable.

I am going through quite the same frustration from slightly different angle. I got into the hobby with the view „naah, this all cannot be just for the show off“. Now, after buying 11 watches in different price points (500-3500eur), different countries, remote and on-site, all I can say, that the chance of getting disappointed after buying another watch is too high.

Things like misaligned hands, broken caliber, notworking automatic winding out of the box (hey, SW200-1), discoloration lume, bad customer service – all these issues I have experienced in 5 out of 11 purchased watches. I guess, my expectation is way too high for watches of mentioned price range.
