This is a really challenging one as I love both brands and they are so very different. The details on the movements of D. Dornbluth are out of this world. This German brand is one to save up for! I don't have one as yet. Ming's are more attainable if you can find one for the right price, but just fantastic design on the case, dial and even the straps. Get one if you don't have one already. I have two Ming watches and still would go for the moonphase! Best answer, get a Ming (if their designs speak to you as they are really specific) and then save up for a Dornbluth. Even if you only have a two watch collection, this one will be killer!!!

Tough one, because I really want a Dornblüth; but Ming is being very creative with their designs

This one is turning into a nail biter.
