Sartory Billard for excellent dials finishing. Habring design overall speaks better to me, but almost all their watches are manual wind which is not my personal preference :(
I did a little quick research on both brands and though both look impressive and high quality both seem pretentious to me so I can’t vote for either.

Im a big fan of both but satory has a lot of help from kari company to make the dial and make the last assembly with outsourced movement. Habring on the other hands feels more like a traditional watch maker working on a bench (of course w valjoux based movement). I voted for habring but also like the look of satory.

That is very fair. The two matchups in the date bracket today are very similar. Two absolute artisan dial makers, perhaps making some of the best dials out there vs. two traditional watchmakers who make have great overall offerings. Both tough matches.
