Orsa ""military type" watch - ISA 317 movement
This was a very budget purchase from Martin, the (former?) owner of Orsa watches, who blew out a number of these at roughly $35 back in 2010. Still runs, still very comfortable.
I did some looking and I think they first went on sale in 2006/2007 or so. 39 mm, Height 9.5 mm, Lug to Lug 46 mm / ISA 317 quartz
