Thoughts on Sartory Billard ?
Have you ever heard of Sartory Billard watch brand ?
I find the idea of building your own watch with high end features very cool. From a dozen of guilloché patterns, several stone based dials to a bunch of colour dial option, there are no limit except your own imagination !
Have any of you guys had any experience or heard good feedbacks about this brand ? I am considering getting one to celebrate my future job in Switzerland where I will be staying for 2 years at least... And living in Switzerland means buying a new watch 😅

There's some gorgeous designs - if money was no object then I could fill a box. They don't always hit the mark but they're very expressive pieces as opposed to some in the same bracket.

I certainly like what I see. My aspirational artisanal dream collection would have an Anordain and a D. Dornbluth something from this maker could be a nice compliment.

Beautiful designs! But those prices are pushing into a top brand territory. Especially for a relatively new brands. I also like bespokewatchproject.com. Lots of options, ETA regulated movement, and custom design. I've worked with the owner John and he's terrific!
He does great work and the fact they are one offs that are amazing. As a result, you may not like all the ones you see because, well, taste. Regardless, his dials are stunning and the watches are very well made. Not going to get too many better options for a bespoke dial/watch.
