Monta Atlas

For those who own or have owned this watch, how phenomenal is the finish on this? Is it best in class around this price range? I was initially thinking of spending less and getting a CW Sealander GMT, which to me looks great. But I do love the Monta visual and I've heard nothing but (plasma-like) glowing reviews on the Monta. General opinions welcome as well.

I’m getting close to buying this one. The CW Sealander is a good option, but this Monta is taking the lead.

I have one. Review are wonderful, but not mine. It is -10 to -20 spd. Support is not good. I write them so I can open the case to regulate it. First email suggestted me to purchase a case opener workbench and suction opener. I bought them, cannot open it. Send another emails, never had any response. I dont wear the watch anymore.

That is disappointing to hear considering they are not cheap. 😔

I was sold that it is regulated and it is Rolex of microband. I dont mind if it is not accurate. My CW Sealander GMT is also the same problem. I write to CW for suggestion to open the case, they answer it will void warranty. I found a case opener and regulate it. Now it is -2 to +2 spd.

At least CW is up front with which watches are not regulated versus COSC certified. My C60 Trident Pro 300 is not regulated but seems fine! For the price its great. I considered Monta here and there but never went for one. Good thing I didn’t.

I own a Monta Noble, and it's finishing and build quality is luxury level - would say Tudor range.

Monta quality is great - maybe the best in this price range
