Two unexpected purchases (thanks Ebay :/)
So, I was perusing Ebay and saw this Spinnaker X Islander essentially brand new at a low price, so I went for it. I don't have many white dial watches, so this fits into my collection nicely! Got it for ~$200, which I think is a great price!!
The Hamilton Khaki chrono in 38mm is a watch I've been pining for for a long while now. I got this for ~$650 after tax and shipping. It's the blue dial (I wanted the black) and the chrono hand doesn't center at the 12, but I'm still happy with the purchase, since they're so rare. How much would it cost to service it?
Teacher/Dean in NYC. Lefty that wears watches on the left, so sapphire crystal is a must (with a few exceptions). My collection is in the "affordable" range, with watches ranging from $150 - 800.

thanks!! I that Spinnaker wasn't on my radar at all, but I had to jump on it at that price. And it's in my sweet-spot size (39mm).
@Adam21 : Keep track of thät Spinnaker änd let me know how it does thru this year. This brand just emerged into my knowledge too, änd I am considering one of their GMTs for later.
