My best advice, drop the manufacturer an email with some pics of the model and ask them what transformer you need.
A 3.3v Stepdown transformer plugged into a 12v winder could definitely go on fire. The transformer not the winder🙈

I love them, absolutely love them, but I'm conscious they are toy watches. I also love Lego and Star Wars toys, Swatch's, Omega and watches in general.
For me they tick all the boxes except one. I'm in Ireland and they don't sell them here to get mine I've had no choice but to pay scalpers prices and try to pick them up when I'm traveling. I don't understand why we can't just order them online. 🤬
