Spb159 keeping fairly terrible time
I’m in love with this watch and I wasn’t expecting chronometer level accuracy.. But this is running about about -30spd. I may try demagnetizing it and / or opening it and adjusting it. If anyone has any experience with this 6R35 movement and has had luck getting these to run more accurately, I’d love to hear some advice. I think this watch is nearly perfect for a budget (truly solid) GADA watch. If I can get it within 10spd and find a thinner solid case back for it, I’ll probably keep it forever.

So you've tried regulating the movement but still can't get it better than -30?
I have a watch with that movement and it’s pretty good - within 10 seconds per day. I think it’s hard to expect much better. I would try a degausser. It could be fun to regulate it. Good luck.
It’s a 6R35. I'm sure they designed this movement with a mechanism that actively resists being regulated!
Mine (SPB159) holds time verry well (mostly +4 spd).
Checking if magentized should be an easy task (you can use your mobiles compass sensor with compass app, worked for me).

I have finally played with the regulation enough to get it at about +5spd if worn normally/ daily. I’m very happy with it now
