Not really sure what to type here.
Just another watchnerd exploring and learning about watches.
Besides spending way too much money on watches, I also like spending way too much money on photography equipment, audio production equipment and 3D modeling software.

I don't remember what it was exactly, but some black and red digital watch on a velcro-strap. It had some G-Shock vibes going on but it wasn't a Casio.
My first automatic watch was a Hamilton Jazz master Day-Date Auto with a sunburst silver dial and black leather strap.
I loved that thing, I was wearing it every single day as if it was a tool watch.
That thing can take a beating!
I realized I never wore it after getting my other watches so I passed it on to my brother.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Don't listen to YouTubers, don't listen to forums, don't listen to reviewers, don't listen to anyone!
Sure, use all the resources above to learn about the watch you're interested in, but don't let them influence your own opinion too much.
Just buy what you like! It doesn't matter if a watch is overpriced or underpriced according to whoever, just figure out what the watch is worth to you and if you're willing to justify the price yourself.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
I'm in a pretty deep Cartier mood these days, I've never had a thing for this brand before but somehow it's just working for me now!
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
I can't figure this out anymore, I'm tempted to say A Lange & Söhne Datograph.
I like the design and execution a lot but I just have this feeling that I won't wear it much if I eventually end up getting one.
