Where and how to purchase (Citizen) Campanola watches?

I'm interested in purchasing this specific reference but Campanola's website is almost entirely in Japanese.
I've reached out to Citizen, but is anyone anywhere of another reliable way—besides eBay—of purchasing Campanola watches? Do they have any US retailers?
I'd appreciate any help y'all have to offer. 🙏

Always come across a new model at a citizen company store in an outlet mall. Decent pricing during holidays. Do a search for s citizen store and give them a call. Employees tend to get excited when they meet someone who knows the brand.
