And, I own a watch with a Miyota 9 series movement and it was adjusted to be more accurate by my LWM. I bring this up because the LJP G100 is based on the Miyota 9 series. Citizen owns both companies. LJP had a lot to do with Citizen's new Caliber 0200.
As @Pallet_Fork points out, this refers to one end of the balance spring. Regulation is typically moving the other end to make minute adjustments to its effective length and therefore its period of oscillation.

I've seen someone work on the balance spring but it wasn't pretty, and he was a master at his craft. He had a special tool for cutting it. Much easier to replace the whole shebang.
