Tiffany Co & Girard Perregeaux

Love this Tiffany Co stamped 14k yellow gold GP. Everything is by GP including the movement, but was sold by Tiffany Co and had Tiffany Co stamped on dial. This has an aftermarket strap, but it is a great vintage size for my small wrist and I love how understated yet crisp this piece is. Many hail the Rolex or Patek and Tiffany Co relationship, but I think GP gets overlooked. Good for me though, as you can grab these for a steal! You wouldn't know it was anything other than a simple white dial day-date just by looking at it and I love that!

Very nice. Did you buy that new or do you know when it was made?

Thank you 🙂 I bought it second hand and I believe it was made in the 1960s

GP does get overlooked...on the regular. It's one of the oldest watchmakers still in business, but like JLC, often gets left out of the "best of" conversations.

I so agree!!! I am mot a huge fan of their new pieces recently but love a lot of their vintage watches. I one day would love to own a Reverso!!! Another brand I admire from afar, gotta start saving up lol. Cheers
