RHD Deployant clasp - Anyone here ordered one?

I ordered a clasp from RHD ( mywatchmaker.net) and its been several weeks and I have not heard from them or got any shipping information. All I have is an invoice for the sale. Anyone here have prior experience with this company? From the reviews everyone seem to rave about these claps that is why I ordered one.
