Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
I’ve always worn a watch ever since my dad bought me the Casio calculator watch back in the late 80s when I was around 8 y/o. But always wearing a watch and getting into the hobby are two different things. A very good friend of mine introduced me to my first mechanical piece (steinhart) and he started to tell me about all the big boy brands. I’ve been hooked ever since

Q: What is your grail watch and why?
There are in deed many watches that I love and desire (Daytona panda, VC Americain 1921, Cartier Louis tank black dial…), but if I were to choose a Grail it would without a doubt be the exquisite Vacheron Constantine 222 (full gold). That is the epitomy of beauty for me, when it comes to watch designs.
