Amazing collection!

I’d go one of the following 3 options:

  1. Cartier Tank

  2. Panerai

  3. A bigger box and both of the above mentioned watches. :-)

Nice!

Love the Tudor BB Harrods edition. An extremely beautiful watch although a bit chunky. I love mine and it’s one of my all time favorites.

I think that you made the right choice. If you like it and can afford it, then get it and wear it, which is what you are say you do. In my opinion a Longines watch doesn’t need to be mistaken for something more expensive, for it to be more special. I find it the watch and the brand to be special enough to stand on their own. Also, who cares if some thinks it’s a cheap or more expensive watch? At the end we should wear what we like.

I much more prefer their legend diver, black dial and in the beads of rice bracelet. Ufff that is a thing of beauty.

I like it, but there are two things that put me off.

  1. The already mentioned date window at 12. I’m happy they’re thinking different, and I’m sure some will like/love it. I’m not one of them.

  2. 3 different fonts (typography) on the dial. “Longines” “Conquest” “automatic” why, why, why do they use different fonts?

In my personal experience, people who have told me that my “small watches” are too small or not manly enough “do they make that in men’s sizes?” … these comments are by people who don’t really know much about watches and/ or elegance. Perhaps even, they like big watches as they might need to compensate for something else.

In any case. I, like you, wear my watches for me, not for others. If I like it and I can afford it, I get it.

On the smaller side I have:

  • Tissot PRX 35mm

  • Cartier Santos medium (about 35mm)

  • Rolex Explorer 36mm

  • Rolex OP 36mm

Wrist size 16.5cm (6.49 inches)
