I would go for IWC watches with Calibre 89 series if you like large, and Polaris Chronograph if 42 mm is okay.

There is a JLC Polaris Chronograph WT, it has 100m WR, so it seems like the perfect watch to me. Trening in this direction I think, as above, World Timer/GMT and Chronograph are helpful and exciting complications in a mechanical watch :)
