What to do with unused watches?
This is my quartz collection... I don't wear them often but still have an attachment to each watch, so the box now is more like an exhibition case on a wall in my room. At least the watches are not in a drawer forgotten.

Yes... just one has died completely but the others run without problems
I agree with @morganthedruid i plan to give and share my watches that I no longer use to either my kids or nephews and nieces and even my stupid knuckle head brothers 😁. I have done the same with my sneaker collection.
