Worst thing about collecting is that you can’t wear them all at the same time! These watches are for me today but I hope my collection gets passed down from generation to generation.

Junghans - German Bauhaus fits my aesthetics and I could rock it as my daily no problem - conversely I would prob not want to sport the Cartier as a daily.

Great choice! It’ll never look out of place but I also think more people would gravitate to it as a daily because it’s a round watch. Before owning the Francaise I really only viewed it as a dress watch but I can’t tell you how many times it ends up on wrist when I’m in jeans and a t-shirt. Choices make life tough huh?😂😅 Happy New Year Salty🍻

Your thoughts are interesting on people choosing Junghans based on case shape, I figure people would be inclined to pick the Cartier due to brand ID and or being a higher end watch comparitively. Will be interesting to see. Happy New Years Vandalstone!
Neither for me as it’s a bit too dressy for my daily activities. But if you like to wear dress watches as a daily the Cartier works.

I’d probably go with a Grand Seiko Snowflake or an Aqua-terra if my daily was going to be white. The watches I wear daily are black though.
