Fits my 7.3" wrist comfortably. I think I have two holes left open at the end. I wear it kind of snug. The under side is comfortable and it seems to have formed to my wrist shape. I'd buy it again. More info- http://www.bradystraps.com/shopping/pgm-more_information.php?id=53
