Spring is coming... Time for my Hamilton marine watch!
Today we enjoyed a beautiful sunny day in Lübeck, a perfect day to give some wrist time to my marine style Hamilton Khaki Navy Pioneer. You have to love those Poire style heat blued steel hands.

I must be honest, I do not use this watch so often now. I do agree the vintage leather strap in color blue elevates the beauty of the watch but selling it is a recurrent idea I have in mind since some months ago...
I almost pulled the trigger on this a year ago, I just wish they ditched the date window, but nonetheless it's a beautiful watch, those hands are what drew me to it first

Have the same piece. One of my most comfortable wearing watch. Plus the simple rather vintage aesthetics of deck clocks is really a draw for me. 😉

The Poire hands are simply beautiful and I am not a fan of date windows at 3, I prefer them at 6 o'clock. I like symmetry.

I love the fact this watch works perfectly with a casual look but also combines beautifully with business casual attire.
