Finally here! My Seiko SBSC003 (SSK003) GMT!
I was little concerned that the shipment of my Seiko 5 "Batman" GMT was going to be dramatically delayed. Right before I dropped an email inquiring about its ETA, I got a notification from my supplier in Japan that it was on its way.
It showed up today well protected, neatly wrapped, a hand written thank you note and an origami crane! When I took the lid off the box, I panicked a bit because I thought they sent me the 001 (all black) by mistake. I immediately checked out the tags and it said it was the 003. As soon as I flipped the watch back over, the dial and bezel caught the overhead lights in my office and BLAM! The blue tones just exploded off the watch.
Man, that's a good looking watch. I'm combing the Strapcode website and the rest of interwebs for a replacement bracelet. Should any of the the SKX bracelets work? I always keep the OEM bracelets unworn and back in the box (my claim to OCD). So, I'll take any suggestions you might have!

Nice pick up. I just got a 003 as well. As far as I can tell the case is the same as the 5kx. So any of the 5kx specific bracelets and straps fit perfectly. I picked up the clockwork republic fitted end link rubber strap and it was bang on.

Congrats man ! This is truly a keeper. I think you should just wear it with the jubilee bracelet. It's a perfect match.
I dropped an email to StrapCode and they have been getting a number of inquiries about which band would work with SBSC003 (SSK003) line of watches. But as of today, they don't have specs or a physical watch to test straps on. They did offer me free returns to test them.
They suggested the 22mm Super-O Boyer. I may wait a week to see what everyone else is going with bracelet-wise.
I got the 001. The bezel looks entirely black here, but as you say, turning the watch makes the silver pop.
