Gorgeous, trying to decide between this and the Solarbeat myself. And TBQH I think I'm leaning towards this since I would rather pay $46 for a battery/gasket/waterseal every 6 years as opposed to ??? after 16 years.
The Santos Dumont is beautiful watch. I’m waiting another year before I make the commitment!
Stunning!
It’s been a bit of a surprise winner for me. I didn’t expect a Cartier to deliver this much punch. I guess I didn’t give them enough credit before I tried one.

I wanted a solarbeat after I got this too and tried to buy one multiple times and had my SA waiting for one. Never got the call and for the price, I like this for me better, it’s different enough.

I think you made the right choice, Cartier is still having issues with the Solarbeat watches if a few posts on reddit/WUS is something to go by. So much so that they are opting to just replace the entire watch with its normal battery equivalent. The Cartier normal quartz movement seems to be the more reliable platform. This is probably going to be my watch next year if I don't get a call from the Rolex AD.
Family Dad, not a collector, just a champion of the watch world, I like watches and buy what I like. Enjoy being outdoors and a good balance in life. Buy quality, buy once.

Looks great on that new Strap! I love it as well to play around with straps.
Beautiful #cartier
Ok that works. Didn’t think you could dress down a Cartier but ok.👍

I Love the elegant green colour! Still stylish without being too bright👌
