I picked this Casio MW-240 up at my local watch store today, the store has decided that they no longer will sell Casio, to focus on more "high-end" watches like Fossil, Daniel Wellington and Tommy Hilfiger, which I am obviously a little sad about, BUT that also means that the Casio's they have left goes for very cheap.
Back in the 90's and 2000's when I grew up, I grew up with a wall clock with a dial similar to this one. And I always wanted a wristwatch similar to that wall clock. That said, this isn't quite what I was looking for, but because my local store is selling out of their stock, I picked this watch up for only 85 DKK (11.4 euro), so I decided to go with it even though this isn't exactly what I am looking for.
I am looking for a cheap watch (100 USD) with a dial similar to this, preferably with a red seconds hand to.

Try Mondaine. Although will be somewhat nearer 200.
Bargain of the month so far, nice little Casio with 50m water resistance, what's not to like.
What @alanmac said. Mondaine is what you want. The official Swiss Railway watch.
Amazon has them: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=mondaine+watches+for+men&s=price-asc-rank&crid=12SBC2G81SGIM&qid=1684408025&sprefix=mondaine%2Caps%2C93&ref=sr_st_price-asc-rank&ds=v1%3AfyVPrzK2ibkfZSNCvxUdGmsdw44mv4ksqrem8v6NJSM
Hilfinger, Wellington, Fossil high end? Wait until you have to open them up to replace the battery. My partners 200 euro Armani (with broken winding stem) turned out to have a cheap 10 euro quartz Miyota movement. I would stay away from them. But that's my opinion. Yes I know.. My Casio's 106/107 have the Miyota 2115 which are 4-5 euro on Amazon and AliEXpress.
