Got the rubber ladder strap in the mail today, and it already looks beat up. Is it just me or is this normal? I really haven't had an issue with Bonetto Cinturini prior to today. Thoughts...

Know the feeling. Depending on how much you paid for S/H, if it cleans up I'd prolly keep it. Honestly unless it's Amazon, or something is actually broke/perm discolored I hate returns.
If it cleans up or you got it REALLY cheap, keep it. Otherwise, send it back. If that’s in the material, then it’s more than a minor QC flaw.
