Designing doctors watch
Here’s my concept art for a doctors watch, it includes a pulsometer and a asthmometer at both 6 o clock and 12 o clock I havent decided on what movement this watch should have, but it’s gonna be mechanical and with hacking, can anyone help me design this further?( based off of Slava medical watch and Dopler pulse watch)

That's a pretty small watch!!
Love to see a good doctors watch! I've been looking for one for many years ( Doppler watch isn't my jam) love the vintage ones but haven't been lucky enough to find some in a good shape

I think you mean lug width.
Lug 2 lug is the length of the watch including lugs and usually falls between 40-50mm
What help are you after exactly?
I think other design elements you may want to look at next would be basic things like case shape, type of hands, colour scheme, dial design other than the various scales you have on there. Also think about the case back maybe?
If you are looking for ways to make it more specifically a 'doctors watch' then maybe think about the logo. A bit of magnetic resistance would be helpful too, but I'm not sure what you would manage within the 100USD budget.
