Anybody used Francis & Gaye?
I hear good things but they seem to have a major problem with their email system. Occasionally, they receive one from me, but 8/10 go ignored. Telephone follow-up suggests they "never received the email".
Clearly they have a problem with their spam filtering. Wonder how many other potential customer's emails are falling into their spam bin.

Bought my GS from them, had no problem, was a seemless transaction, would buy from again!
Bought my Sinn from them but didn't have any issues so never contacted them after purchase.
Considering another purchase as their sales are quite good...
I've exchanged several emails with them this morning, so maybe someone has investigated and fixed the problem. Too late for them unfortunatly, I've just pulled the trigger at another jewellers website and even found a 10% discount code into the bargain.
Bought a Seiko SSC 911 from them a few weeks ago, no problem at all.. easy to deal with.
I’ve had a couple of watches from there and like using them but like @CityHunter I have never had to contact them.
I have however had problems with Jura before, when it took me a year to get a warranty card for a Hamilton.

Similar experience with Jura - never got a warranty card with mine though! Bought a Junghans and it was running way too slow so I sent it back for repair. Barely any communication and I had to keep asking for an update. Many months later I finally got it back, but not without lots of frustrating calls and emails.

I gave up chasing for the card. Every time I phoned or mailed I got a super polite response but no card. In the end I got a mail out of the blue (a year later) asking if I ever received my card!
They reached out and sorted it out in the end but it doesn’t inspire confidence.
Yup bought a few pieces from them just call their customer service line they are very helpful
