G-Shock Rangeman Update
Has everyone seen the update to the G-Shock Rangeman available for pre-order? How do you feel about the new aesthetic? Too modern, or finally getting it right? Personally, I’m not down with connectivity on my G-Shocks, and I’ve always found negative displays challenging to read in any kind of light, but I’m sure this is a home run for a lot of us out there.
At the price point of $500, how many of you plan to pick one up?

I'm reminded of that Exo suit from Aliens with this design, I do like it quite a lot. Of the new "smartwatches" Casio has been making recently, I think this is their best looking one

It’s definitely a looker, and I think you’re dead-on with the Aliens analogy 😂😂😂. I just wish it were a classic standalone digital offering. Perhaps I’m just an old curmudgeon now; idk.
I like the looks and especially the display, but I can’t get behind a watch that needs an external charger anymore. That’s why I ditched my Apple Watch! It does make me itch for a more classic Rangeman, though. Not enough of the older models have colors this vibrant!
